These Terms & Conditions govern enquiries, bookings, stays, and use of services offered by Shivneri Agro Tourism in Tapola, Maharashtra. By submitting a booking request, confirming a reservation, or staying at the property, the guest agrees to follow these terms together with any booking-specific conditions communicated at the time of confirmation.

1. Bookings and Availability

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Shivneri Agro Tourism.
• Rates, inclusions, occupancy limits, and any special conditions applicable to a stay are those communicated or displayed for the selected accommodation at the time of booking.
• A booking enquiry does not by itself guarantee a room, tent, cottage, or suite until the property confirms the reservation.
• We may request additional information reasonably required to process or confirm a booking.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in, late check-out, or other timing requests are subject to availability and should be confirmed with the property in advance.

3. Package Inclusions

Where the selected package includes these services, the package may include:

• Lunch (Veg / Non-veg).
• 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM: boating, paddle boat, and kayaking.
• Hi-Tea with snack items.
• 7:00 PM: limited BBQ (Veg / Non-veg).
• 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: free time / activities.
• 9:00 PM – 9:30 PM: dinner (Veg / Non-veg).
• Morning tea/coffee and breakfast.

Exact inclusions depend on the package or accommodation selected and the confirmation provided at the time of booking.

4. Activities

Certain nearby activities or excursions may be arranged separately and may carry an additional charge. Examples listed on the website include Datt Mandir, Vasota Fort / trekking, Uteshwar Temple, and Triveni Sangam. Timing, route, availability, transport, weather, local conditions, and any third-party operator requirements may affect whether an activity is available.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide accurate booking information and comply with reasonable property instructions.
• Guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone included in their reservation.
• Guests must take reasonable care of rooms, tents, furniture, equipment, and other property facilities.
• Loss or damage caused by a guest may be charged where legally and reasonably applicable.
• Guests must follow applicable safety instructions for boating, kayaking, trekking, campfire, BBQ, and other activities.

6. Pets

While we love animals, to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for all our guests, pets are currently not allowed at the property. Thank you for your understanding.

7. Food and Dietary Requests

Food inclusions are based on the selected package. Guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, or special food requirements should inform the property as early as possible so that the request can be assessed before arrival.

8. Cancellation, Refunds and Changes

Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and date-change conditions may depend on the specific booking, rate, payment arrangement, and confirmation issued by the property. The applicable conditions communicated at the time of booking form part of the booking agreement. Guests should contact Shivneri Agro Tourism before making a change to an existing reservation.

9. Weather, Roads and Local Conditions

Tapola is a nature-focused destination and travel conditions may change because of weather, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions, or other circumstances. Guests are responsible for allowing adequate travel time and checking current route conditions before departure. The website specifically advises guests to download an offline map before travelling because mobile internet connectivity may be limited in the area.

10. Activities and Third-Party Services

Where an activity, transport service, boating service, trekking arrangement, or other service is provided by a third party, that service may be subject to the third party's own rules, safety requirements, operating schedule, and availability.

11. Personal Belongings

Guests should take reasonable care of personal belongings and valuables. Please contact the property promptly if an item is lost or found so that reasonable assistance can be provided.

12. Safety and Property Rules

Guests must follow posted safety instructions and directions given by staff. The property may restrict or discontinue an activity where staff reasonably considers conditions unsafe, including weather or environmental conditions.

13. Website Information

We aim to keep website content, images, prices, packages, and availability information current. However, information may change without notice as offerings, rates, weather conditions, or operational arrangements change. The booking confirmation or direct communication with the property controls the specific arrangements for a confirmed reservation.

14. Force Majeure

The property will not be responsible for delay, interruption, or inability to provide a service caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural events, government restrictions, road closures, public emergencies, power or communications outages, or other comparable events.

15. Complaints and Contact

Guests should raise any issue with the property as soon as reasonably possible during the stay so that the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, addressed promptly.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, operational practices, or legal requirements change. The version published on the website will show the current effective date.
